Sales Assistant OfficeTeam is looking for self-starters who are passionate about growing their careers in a Sales Assistant role. As a Sales Assistant in the insurance industry, you would provide accurate and friendly customer service, be able to sympathize and empathize with many different situations, and to perform functions to support customers as needed. This role would require strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work as a team player, and have great customer service skills. Responsibilities will include: ? Maintaining kindness and professionalism while interacting with customers to provide superior customer service ? Cold calling and turning prospective candidates into customers. ? Drafting correspondence and proofreading documents ? Producing sales reports and preparing presentations ? Aiding sales with the promotion of company products and services ? ? PROPERTY AND CAUSALITY LICENSE REQUIRED ? Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments ? Ability to multitask effectively ? Great listener and quick thinker with an inquisitive nature. ? Solid understanding of sales analysis reporting ? Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information ? Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity ? Experience with Microsoft Office required ? Preferred: 2+ years of Sales Assistant experience ? Preferred: BA/BS degree in business, finance, or a related field for this position

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
