The Green Bay, WI branch office of Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly driven New Equipment Sales Account Manager to sell elevators and escalators for new installation projects in the Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan area.

As a New Equipment Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
+ Estimating, bidding, and negotiating elevators and escalators for new installation projects
+ Providing effective sales presentations, basic elevator consultation and technical guidance to building owners, general contractors, architects, and consultants
+ Overseeing job details throughout sales process, including managing contract documents, creating approvals and layouts and tracking to completion
+ Implementing new equipment sales installation process by working directly with field management on projects and coordinating activities and information related to ordering and installation of Otis equipment
+ Monitoring collection of accounts
Position requires 80% local travel to customer visits & industry-related events.
Qualification:
+ Prefer 3+ years of sales experience
+ Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization
+ Customer focused with ability to interact with customers professionally
+ Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
+ Results driven with exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
+ Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office product suite
+ Ability to read/understand architectural drawings and specifications is preferred
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
