Hospice RN Case Manager
On-call 1-2 evenings per week from 430pm-8am and one weekend per month. Must be available for occasional day time hours for documentation and to attend mandatory meetings.
$23-28/hr, Paid hourly rate for worked hours and $2.00/hr on-call.
Must have a valid driver license.
Will pay mileage reimbursement.
