Position Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Student Summer Helper to join our team for summer 2024.
The HR Student Summer Helper will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and administrative work to support the HR department, as well as providing support to the marketing segment.
This position would be full-time (40 hours per week) and onsite for the summer and could turn into part-time work during the school year.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Student looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources.

Position Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, scanning in documents.
Assist with the training program by preparing training documents.
Provide administrative support to the Marketing group.
Assist with updating materials via the office intranet site Sharepoint.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and filing paperwork.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Summary of Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of confidentiality in HR practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Eagerness to learn and stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Interest in pursuing a career in HR or currently pursuing an HR-related degree.
