Responsibilities:
1Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide technical expertise and support, and sell our innovative refrigeration solutions.2Design and implement products to meet customer needs.3Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.4Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.5Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.6Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.7Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.8Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to refrigeration systems.9Maintain a deep understanding of refrigeration products and stay updated on industry trends and innovative solutions.10Ensure compliance with the company's PSM (Process Safety Management) standards.
Qualifications:
1Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.2Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is preferred.3A minimum of 3
years of experience in Refrigeration sales engineering or a related field.4Extensive knowledge of fluid flow, heat transfer, refrigeration systems, freon, and ammonia systems.5Proficiency in PSM (Process Safety Management) and a strong commitment to safety.6Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.7Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.8Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.9Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and prospective clients.10Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.11Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.12Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Sales Engineer to apply their skills and knowledge in a role that offers variety and challengeIf you are a motivated, results-driven engineer with a passion for refrigeration systems, we would love to hear from you!Interested in hearing more?
