$20 - 29 per hour ($30-35 if you work hard and become a Lead Installer!), plus bonus potential every 4 weeks Earning that pay without having to work 70

What do you need to be successful as an Installer? Valid driver license and an insurable driving record Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, team lift, work on ladders and rooftops, work in all weather conditions (to a point), accurately and consistently read a tape measure You need elite customer service ability and professionalism, both inside the customers' homes and in the shop Excellent attendance is required - I mean, we're good, but we actually can't install windows without you! Problem solving - the kind you use when something doesn't go the way it's supposed to go - is something that you really need to enjoy, not just tolerate.
