Full Time Office Admin Mon - Fri, 9AM-6PM but Office hours will vary based on business needs.
General Beer, a beverage distribution company, is currently accepting applications for a full time Office Associate.
The primary responsibilities of this position is to complete daily office functions and tell sell procedures including, but not limited to; ability to call on set accounts to sell product(s), administer sales promotion details with a focus on accuracy to ensure precise gross profit calculations, data entry, support sales leadership, invoice reconciliations and assist billing processes.
Applicants should have great initiative, excellent phone skills and a positive attitude with a desire to excel.
Requirements:
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Skills Proficient Ten Key Data Entry Willingness and ability to become proficient with various computer software programs.
Able to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Able to communicate effectively will all teams.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and auto insurance.
A drug test is required as part of the hiring process.
