Communicating work orders to ready mix drivers to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities Must be able to multitask and handle fast past enviroment Receive, record and dispatch orders to approved customers Take customers' orders with precise accuracy to ensure timely deliveries Create daily schedules for drivers and plant operation This role takes responsibility for driver activity and closely monitors their orders from start to finish Ensure mixer drivers are present and ready to be loaded Process jobsite tickets in accordance with loading sequence Communicate special job-site conditions to drivers Monitor scheduling as demands warrant Reliable attendance is essential in this role Additional duties may be assigned by management when they become necessary.
Qualifications Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Calm and collective even under demanding, fast-paced conditions Must have excellent telephone, interpersonal, verbal and written skills Must be organized and able to multi-task Possess employee management skills Problem solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills Able to respond to high call volume in fast-paced dispatch office environment Able to work Monday-Saturday for extended hours when necessary, during seasonal peak times Benefits Competitive hourly wage Health, Dental and Vision - Employer pays half Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Job Type:
